THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  VAL VERDE COUNTY

* UNTIL 500 PM CST

* AT 1256 PM CST...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THAT AN
AREA OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN WAS ENTERING THE
WESTERN PART OF VAL VERDE COUNTY AND WILL MOVE EASTWARD ACROSS THE
ENTIRE COUNTY DURING THE NEXT 3 OR 4 HOURS.  RAINFALL RATES BETWEEN
ONE AND TWO INCHES PER HOUR WILL OCCUR.  FLOODING OF LOWLYING
AREAS... STREAMS AND ROADS ARE LIKELY.

IF WATER IS SE|EN RISING...SEEK HIGHER GROUND IMMEDIATELY.  MOTORISTS
MUST AVOID FLOODED LOW WATER CROSSINGS AND FLOODED ROADS.
