THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  EDWARDS COUNTY
  KINNEY COUNTY

* UNTIL 7 PM CST

* AT 308 PM CST...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED AN AREA OF
STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WTH VERY HEAVY MOVING EASTWARD ACROSS EDWARDS
AND KINNEY COUNTY.  RAINFALL RATES ARE BETWEEN ONE AND TWO INCHES
PER HOUR AND RAINFALL TOTALS COULD EXCEED 3 INCHES IN PLACES.

LOW LYING AREAS AND STREAMS MAY FLOOD RAPIDLY AND BECOME DANGEROUS.
MOTORISTS ARE URGED NOT TO DRIVE THROUGH FLOODED AREAS.  IF RISING
WATER IS OBSERVED MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IMMEDIATELY.
