THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN/SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES IN TEXAS...
  KERR COUNTY

* UNTIL 400 AM CDT

* AT 1255 AM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY 
HEAVY RAIN OVER MUCH OF THE SOUTHWESTERN QUADRANT OF KERR COUNTY.  
THIS AREA WAS MOVING EAST INTO THE HUNT AREA.  RAINFALL RATES OF 1 
TO 3 INCHES PER HOUR ARE INDICATED BY RADAR. 

PERSONS CAMPED ALONG THE HEADWATERS OF THE GUADALUPE RIVER NEAR 
HUNT AND INGRAM SHOULD SEEK HIGHER GROUND.  PERSONS SHOULD NOT 
ATTEMPT TO CROSS FLOODED LOW WATER CROSSINGS AND OTHER HILL COUNTRY 
ROADS.
