* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES IN TEXAS...
  BASTROP COUNTY
  TRAVIS COUNTY
  HAYS COUNTY
  LEE COUNTY
  CALDWELL COUNTY

* UNTIL 330 AM CDT

* AT 1253 AM...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND
  THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 2 TO 4 INCHES
  OVER BASTROP...TRAVIS...HAYS...LEE AND CALDWELL COUNTIES.  THIS AMOUNT
  OF RAINFALL COMBINED WITH THE ALREADY SATURATED GROUNDS MAY
  ALREADY BE PRODUCING FLASH FLOODING.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT
QUICKLY. MOVE UP TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY
