THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN/SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES IN TEXAS...
  WILLIAMSON COUNTY

* UNTIL 230 AM CDT

* AT 1228 AM...FLASH FLOODING WAS REPORTED BY THE PUBLIC OVER OVER
  WILLIAMSON COUNTY NEAR THE INTERSECTION OF HIGHWAY 29 AND
  COUNTY ROAD 337.  DOPPLER RADAR HAS INDICATED BETWEEN 2 AND 4
  INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER WILLIAMSON COUNTY OVER THE PAST
  3 TO 4 HOURS.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT
QUICKLY. MOVE UP TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY
IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
