THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  KERR COUNTY
  BANDERA COUNTY

* UNTIL 300 PM CDT

* AT 1154 AM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED AREAS OF
  RAIN FROM SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUED OVER PARTS OF
  BANDERA AND KERR COUNTY.  MOVEMENT WAS NORTH AT 20 MPH.

OCCASIONAL RAIN...HEAVY AT TIMES...FROM SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS
WILL CONTINUE OVER PARTS OF KERR AND BANDERA COUNTIES THE NEXT
FEW HOURS.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
