MEDINA COUNTY KENDALL COUNTY BEXAR COUNTY * UNTIL 1200 PM CDT * AT 909 AM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER NORTHWEST BEXAR..WESTERN MEDINA AND SOUTHERN KENDALL COUNTIES. MOVEMENT OF THE RAIN WAS TO THE NORTH AT 20 MPH. RAINFALL TOTALS IN SOME OF THESE AREAS ARE IN EXCESS OF 7 INCHES AND RAINFALL RATES ARE ABOUT 2 INCHES PER HOUR.
