KERR COUNTY * UNTIL 12 NOON CDT * AT 831 AM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN MOVING NORTHWARD AROUND 20 MPH. THESE SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL PRODUCE HEAVY RAINS OVER KERR COUNTY IN THE NEXT FEW HOURS.
