BANDERA COUNTY UVALDE COUNTY * UNTIL 700 PM CDT * AT 406 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER PORTIONS OF UVALDE AND BANDERA COUNTIES. MORE SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE MOVING NORTH TOWARD THESE COUNTIES. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
