COMAL COUNTY BEXAR COUNTY ATASCOSA COUNTY * UNTIL 500 PM CDT * AT 142 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN MOVING NORTH OVER COMAL...BEXAR...AND ATASCOSA COUNTIES. MORE SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING NORTH FROM THE GULF OF MEXICO TOWARD THESE COUNTIES. EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THESE STORMS WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES. ADDITIONALLY...COUNTRY ROADS AND FARMLANDS ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS AND OTHER LOW LYING AREAS ARE SUBJECT TO FLASH FLOODING.
