PLAN ON AN ACTIVE NIGHT AS WARM MOIST AIR IN PLACE COMBINES WITH INCOMING COLD FRONT AND UPPER LEVEL SYSTEM. WILL GO CATEGORICAL ALL LOCATIONS WITH MENTION OF HEAVY RAIN AND SEVERE THREAT.
