WAPELLO COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST IOWA THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF OTTUMWA * UNTIL 715 PM * AT 512 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS REDEVELOPING WITH FLASH FLOOD PRODUCING RAINS 8 MILES WEST OF CHILLICOTHE...OR ABOUT 15 MILES NORTHWEST OF OTTUMWA...MOVING EAST AT 35 MPH. * THUNDERSTORMS WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL BE NEAR...
