THIS WILL PASS JUST N OF OUR CWA THIS AFTN DURG MAX HEATING. WE WILL ALSO BE IN THE LEFT ENTRANCE REGION OF THE JET STREAK PASSING S OF PA TONITE. SO TSRA WILL LIKELY DEV OVER OUR CWA THIS AFTN. LOW LVL WINDS ARE VERY LIGHT...85H WIND IS ONLY 10-15KTS AT 18Z AND UP TO 20KTS AT 00Z ON THE 30TH. BUT WITH STEEP LAPSE RATES AND GREAT SFC HEATING THIS AM THERE COULD BE SOME PULSE STORMS THAT BECOME QUITE STRONG. PIT SOUNDING THIS AM SHOWS A SMALL POTENTIAL FOR DRY MICRO BURSTS.
