THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN STATE COLLEGE PA HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CLINTON COUNTY.

* UNTIL 945 PM EDT.

* AT 636 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL 7 MILES SOUTHWEST OF LOCK
  HAVEN...OR ABOUT 4 MILES SOUTHWEST OF MILL HALL...MOVING NORTHEAST
  AT 20 MPH.


SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS ARE PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IN THE 
WARNED AREA. DOPPLER RADAR HAS ESTIMATED THAT OVER 2 INCHES OF RAIN 
HAS FALLEN IN SOUTH CENTRAL CLINTON COUNTY OVER THE LAST HOUR AND A 
HALF. RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL POSSIBLY CAUSE FLASH 
FLOODING ALONG FISHING CREEK AND LONG RUN.

IF YOU LIVE NEAR A STREAM OR CREEK...BE ALERT TO RAPIDLY RISING 
WATERS OVER THE NEXT SEVERAL HOURS. (
