* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  YORK COUNTY.

* UNTIL 2 AM EDT.

* AT 1126 PM EDT...EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT OFFICIALS REPORT VERY HEAVY  
  RAIN FALLING OVER YORK COUNTY. THE HEAVIEST RAINS APPEAR TO BE     
  OCCURRING OVER THE AREA FROM YORK UP THROUGH MANCHESTER. RADAR     
  TRENDS OVER THE LAST HOUR SHOW THE HEAVY RAIN TO BE MOVING VERY    
  SLOWLY...CREATING THE POTENTIAL FOR FLASH FLOODING.

THE SLOW MOVING SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO PERSIST 
INTO THE EARLY MORNING HOURS...CAUSING LOCALIZED FLOODING OF LOW 
LYING AND POOR DRAINAGE AREAS. 

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
