MESO-ETA PRETTY MUCH CALLED THE PRECIP CORRECTLY THROUGH 00Z...AND HAS PRECIP JUST TO THE NORTH OF US BEFORE DISSIPATING 06Z-09Z. WITH PREVIOUS FORECAST CURRENTLY IN LINE...BEST TO PLAY A WAIT AND SEE ON HOW FAR SOUTH CONVECTION GOES BEFORE SHOT-GUNNING POPS. AT 1030 PM...A LINE OF SHOWERS AND A FEW STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WAS LOCATED OVER THE SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS FROM NEAR BASTROP...TO SAN ANTONIO...SOUTH-WESTWARD TO NEAR EAGLE PASS. THIS LINE WAS MOVING TO THE SOUTHEAST AT 35 MPH. MUCH OF THE SHOWER AND THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY HAS WEAKENED SLIGHTLY SINCE 830 PM. HOWEVER...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WERE STILL LOCATED FROM UVALDE TO HONDO. IF THESE SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS MAINTAIN THEIR INTENSITY...THEY WILL WILL LIKELY AFFECT NORTHERN LASALLE AND MCMULLEN COUNTIES JUST BEFORE MIDNIGHT.
