EAST CENTRAL VICTORIA COUNTY IN TEXAS * UNTIL 400 PM CDT * AT 158 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER EXTREME EAST CENTRAL VICTORIA COUNTY...OR ABOUT 10 MILES NORTHWEST OF PORT LAVACA. THE AREA OF HEAVY RAIN WAS NEARLY STATIONARY. COMMUNITIES LOCATED ALONG PLACEDO CREEK COULD EXPERIENCE FLASH FLOODING. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.

WATER VAPOR IMAGERY LENDS CREDENCE TO THE FASTER AVN SOLUTION OF BRINGING TROF AXIS INLAND TODAY. A DEEPER TROPOSPHERIC FLOW WILL GRADUALLY OVERSPREAD THE CWA AND PWATS SHOULD SLOWLY INCREASE(MORE SIGNIFICANTLY ON SATURDAY). PARAMETERS ARE ADEQUATE(THOUGH NOT AS STRONG AS YESTERDAY) FOR SEA BREEZE CONVECTION THIS AFTERNOON. 12Z CRP SOUNDINGS AND MODEL SOUNDINGS STILL INDICATE MICROBURST GUST POTENTIAL(MOSTLY 30-40KTS) AND WILL INCLUDE ENHANCED WORDING.
