* AT 115 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM OVER SOUTHERN CLARENDON COUNTY OVER THE NORTHEAST
  SIDE OF LAKE MARION.  THE STORM WAS NEARLY STATIONARY.
