* AT 459 PM EDT...WEATHER SPOTTERS REPORTED VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM
  THUNDERSTORMS JUST EAST OF SINCLAIRVILLE AND BETWEEN FINDLEY LAKE
  AND RIPLEY MOVING NORTHEAST AT 15 MPH.

THE HEAVY RAINFALL AND SLOW MOVEMENT OF THESE STORMS MAY RESULT IN
FLOODING OF ROADS AND LOW-LYING AREAS.
