* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CATTARAUGUS COUNTY IN WESTERN NEW YORK
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF SALAMANCA

* UNTIL 715 PM EDT

* AT 525 PM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED HEAVY RAIN 
  CONTINUING FROM SOUTHERN CATTARAUGUS COUNTY...SOUTH INTO NORTHERN  
  PENNSYLVANIA.

RAINFALL RATES HAVE DECREASED SOMEWHAT ACROSS NORTHEN PENNSYLVANIA 
...HOWEVER ANOTHER INCH AN HOUR IS STILL POSSIBLE ACROSS CATTARAUHUS 
COUNTY AS THE THUNDERSTORMS MOVE NORTH THROUGHOUT THE EVENING.   

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES. ADDITIONALLY...COUNTRY
ROADS AND FARMLANDS ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS AND OTHER
LOW LYING AREAS ARE SUBJECT TO FLASH FLOODING.

SWIFTLY FLOWING WATERS OR WATERS OF UNKNOWN DEPTH BY FOOT OR BY
