  CATTARAUGUS COUNTY IN WESTERN NEW YORK

* AT 326 PM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN 6 MILES EAST OF SALAMANCA...MOVING SLOWLY NORTHEAST.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
