* AT 255 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS 5 MILES NORTH OF CADILLAC...MOVING EAST

* THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WILL REACH...
