* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CENTRAL ULSTER COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL NEW YORK

* UNTIL 745 PM EDT

* AT 440 PM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY
  HEAVY RAIN IN THE VICINITY OF THE ASHOKAN RESERVOIR.

DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES THAT OVER FOUR INCHES HAVE RAIN HAVE FALLEN
IN THIS AREA...AND HEAVY RAIN WILL CONTINUE FOR AT LEAST ANOTHER
