PROBLEM OF THE DAY:
POPS
TEMPERATURES

HAS BEEN A DREARY DAY FOR THE MOST PART...PERFECT WEATHER FOR THE
GHOSTS AND GOBLINS WE ARE LIKELY TO SEE DURING THE NEXT FEW HOURS.
THERE HAVE BEEN SOME BREAKS IN THE CLOUDS FROM TIME TO TIME THOUGH
WHICH HAS ALLOWED TEMPERATURES TO CLIMB INTO THE 65 TO 70 DEGREE
RANGE. SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUE TO ROTATE TO THE
WEST AND NORTHWEST AROUND THE UPPER LOW OVER NORTHERN TEXAS WITH
SOUTH TULSA GETTING A GOOD SOAKING AT THIS TIME.

EXPECT SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS TO CONTINUE IN THE
DEFORMATION ZONE NORTH OF THE UPPER LOW FOR ABOUT ANOTHER 24-30
HOURS. FAR SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA HAS BEEN DRY SLOTTED FOR THE TIME BEING
BUT WRAPAROUND MOISTURE LIKELY TO SPREAD BACK INTO THAT AREA AS THE
UPPER LOW CONTINUES ITS EASTWARD TREK. STILL THINK THAT GUIDANCE POPS
OVERALL ARE A BIT HIGH AS NOT EVERYONE WILL SEE RAIN BUT HARD TO
PINPOINT WHAT PART OF THE AREA IS MOST LIKELY TO RAIN.

STRONG PACIFIC COLD FRONT WILL RACE ACROSS THE AREA MONDAY AFTERNOON
AND EVENING. THIS MAY ALSO BRIEFLY ENHANCE ANY SHOWER AND
THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY MONDAY AFTERNOON. SHOULD SEE SOME BREAKS IN THE
CLOUDS AGAIN MONDAY MUCH LIKE TODAY SO TEMPERATURES WILL BE MILD.

GUSTY NORTH WINDS WILL MAKE IT FEEL NIPPY MONDAY NIGHT AND WILL KEEP
A CHILL IN THE AIR TUESDAY. SKIES SHOULD RAPIDLY CLEAR LATER MONDAY
NIGHT AND THEN FAIR WEATHER SHOULD DOMINATE INTO LATE WEEK. AFTER A
FROSTY MORNING WEDNESDAY...A WARMING TREND WILL COMMENCE INTO FRIDAY.
A WEAK FRONT MAY ENTER THE AREA LATE FRIDAY BUT THE MODELS DIFFER ON
THIS AND MOISTURE RETURN LOOKS IFFY ANYWAY SO WILL KEEP IT DRY FOR
NOW.

GUIDANCE TEMPERATURES TOO COOL TONIGHT AND MONDAY BUT MORE REASONABLE
MONDAY NIGHT AND TUESDAY...AVN TOO COLD TUESDAY THOUGH WITH SURFACE
HIGH DROPPING SOUTH TO OUR WEST INDICATING GOOD DOWNSLOPE AND
ADIABATIC WARMING. STILL WENT A BIT BELOW THE NGM MOS THOUGH GIVEN
THE CHILLY 850 MILLIBAR TEMPERATURES PROGGED BY ALL MODELS.

GHOSTLY LOOKING WCM JUST WALKED INTO THE OFFICE TRICK OR TREATING SO
TIME TO GO...BE NICE TO THE GHOULS THIS EVENING
