TODAY AS ANY ADDITIONAL RAINS WILL MOST CERTAINLY CAUSE ADDITIONAL
RISES AND FLOODING DUE TO RECENT HEAVY RAINS ACROSS MOST OF THE
CWA.  LATEST 1HR AND 3HR FFG VALUES RUNNING 1.5 INCHES OR LESS WITH
