* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR
  TULSA COUNTY IN NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA

* UNTIL 230 AM CDT

* AT 1135 PM CDT RADAR INDICATED THAT FROM 1 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN
HAD FALLEN OVER FAR SOUTHERN TULSA COUNTY SINCE 10 PM. SLOW MOVING
THUNDERSTORMS MAY PRODUCE ANOTHER 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAINFALL 2AM.

GLENPOOL...JENKS AND BIXBY AND ADJACENT COMMUNITIES MAY BE AFFECTED
BY FLASH FLOODING.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT
