THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TULSA HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR
  WAGONER COUNTY IN NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA

* UNTIL 530 PM CDT

* AT 334 PM CDT RADAR INDICATED AN AREA OF VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER MUCH 
OF WAGONER COUNTY. RADAR ESTIMATES THAT FROM 2 TO 4 INCHES HAS 
FALLEN FROM NEAR PORTER TO THE NORTH END OF FORT GIBSON LAKE.  SLOW 
MOVING THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE OVER THE SAME AREAS AND 
MAY PRODUCE ANOTHER 1 TO 3 INCHES OF RAINFALL THIS AFTERNOON.

PORTER...TULLAHASSEE AND WAGONER AND ADJACENT COMMUNITIES MAY BE
AFFECTED BY FLASH FLOODING.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS
IMMINENT. MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES. DO NOT

SURFACE LOW PRESSURE OVER EASTERN NEW MEXICO WILL MOVE LITTLE
THROUGH TONIGHT. A MOIST UNSTABLE AIRMASS WILL REMAIN IN PLACE
ACROSS EASTERN OKLAHOMA AND NORTHWEST ARKANSAS.

A WELL DEFINED OUTFLOW BOUNDARY EXTENDED FROM LENAPAH TO TULSA TO
WELTY TO NORMAN EARLY THIS AFTERNOON. THIS BOUNDARY HAS MOVED LITTLE
SINCE EARLY THIS MORNING. THUNDERSTORMS HAVE BECOME QUITE NUMEROUS
ALONG AND JUST NORTH OF THIS BOUNDARY AND ARE MOVING NORTHEAST
PARALLEL TO THE BOUNDARY. THESE THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO
CONTINUE AT LEAST THROUGH EARLY EVENING RESULTING IN LOCALIZED VERY
HEAVY RAINFALL AMOUNTS DUE TO REPEATED THUNDERSTORMS TRACKING ACROSS
THE SAME AREAS. THE MOST LIKELY AREAS TO EXPERIENCE EXCESSIVE
RAINFALL AND POSSIBLE FLASH FLOODING THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING ARE
CREEK...WESTERN TULSA...SOUTHEAST OSAGE...WASHINGTON AND NORTHWEST
NOWATA COUNTIES IN NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA.
