NORTHERN CADDO PARISH IN NORTHWESTERN LOUISIANA * UNTIL 550 PM CDT * AT 503 PM CDT... THE SHREVEPORT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A TORNADO JUST NORTH OF OIL CITY LOUISIANA. THE THUNDERSTORM CONTAINING THIS TORNADO WAS MOVING EAST NORTHEAST NEAR 35 MILES AN HOUR. * THE TORNADO IS EXPECTED TO BE NEAR... HOSSTON AT 515 PM CDT THIS TORNADO WARNING REPLACES THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING ISSUED EARLIER FOR NORTHERN CADDO PARISH IN NORTHWESTERN LOUISIANA.
