THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CHARLESTON HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHERN BARBOUR COUNTY WEST VIRGINIA.
  NORTHERN UPSHUR COUNTY WEST VIRGINIA.

* UNTIL 345 AM EST.

* AT 1240 AM EST...AUTOMATED RAIN GAGES INDICATED THAT HEAVY RAIN HAS
  FALLEN ACROSS THE AREA.  RUNOFF FROM THIS RAINFALL IS NOW CAUSING
  STREAMS AND CREEKS TO RISE.

* THE MIDDLE FORK RIVER IS EXPECTED TO GO OUT OF IT/S BANKS IN
  NORTHERN UPSHUR AND SOUTHERN BARBOUR COUNTIES.  FLOOD STAGE HAS
  ALEARDY BEEN REACHED AT AUDRA AND THE RIVER WILL CONTINUE TO PRISE.
