ACROSS CENTRAL NORTH CAROLINA MAINLY SOUTH AND EAST OF A LINE FROM
ALBEMARLE IN STANLY COUNTY TO SANFORD IN LEE COUNTY TO RALEIGH TO
WARRENTON IN WARREN COUNTY. THE GREATEST THREAT FOR SEVERE WEATHER
IN THIS AREA WILL BE NEAR THE CITIES FAYETTEVILLE...SOUTHERN
PINES...LAURINBURG...CLINTON AND GOLDSBORO.

THE MAIN SEVERE WEATHER THREAT WILL BE LARGE HAIL HOWEVER THE WIND
STRUCTURE IS ORIENTATED IN SUCH A MANNER THAT THE POTENTIAL FOR A
FEW TORNADOES ALSO EXISTS.

IT APPEARS THAT THE GREATEST THREAT FOR SEVERE WEATHER WILL BE THIS
AFTERNOON...MAINLY BETWEEN 1 PM AND 6 PM.
