BALLARD COUNTY IN WESTERN KENTUCKY CARLISLE COUNTY IN WESTERN KENTUCKY * UNTIL 1245 AM CST * AT 1150 PM CST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A TORNADO 25 MILES SOUTHWEST OF PADUCAH...NEAR THIRTY-FOUR MISSOURI...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 50 MPH.. THIS THUNDERSTORM COULD PRODUCE A TORNADO AT ANY TIME. * SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED... NEAR BARDWELL BETWEEN 1205 AND 1210 AM CST A TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT FOR THE WARNED AREA.
