  EASTERN SUFFOLK COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN NEW YORK...
  MIDDLESEX COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL CONNECTICUT...
  NEW LONDON COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN CONNECTICUT...
