* THROUGH MIDNIGHT... VERY HAVY THUNDERSTORM RAINS HAVE FALLEN IN
  SOUTHERN BURT COUNTY. RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 3 TO LOCALLY 6 INCHES
  ARE ESTIMATED BY DOPPLER RADAR.d  ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORMS ARE
  EXPECTED THROUGH THE NIGHT.
