  DAKOTA COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL MINNESOTA

* UNTIL 730 PM CDT

* AT 638 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE STORM WITH LARGE
  HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS FROM PRIOR LAKE TO NEW MARKET IN EASTERN
  SCOTT COUNTY...OR FROM ABOUT 20 MILES SOUTH OF MINNEAPOLIS
  TO 30 MILES SOUTH OF MINNEAPOLIS. THE STORM WAS MOVING EAST AT
  25 MPH.
