* AT 1204 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED 
THUNDERSTORMS JUST OFFSHORE ONSLOW COUNTY...MOVING NORTHWEST AT 40 MPH.

* THE TORNADO IS EXPECTED TO BE...
  NEAR CHADWICK ACRES AROUND 1215 PM EDT.
  NEAR SNEADS FERRY AND FOLKSTONE AROUND 1220 PM EDT.
