EXTREME EASTERN DOUGLAS COUNTY IN SOUTHWESTERN OREGON * UNTIL 950 PM PDT * AT 645 PM PDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN NEAR DIAMOND LAKE...SHOWING VERY LITTLE MOVEMENT. * VERY HEAVY RAINFALL OVER THE LAST TWO HOURS IN THE DIAMOND LAKE AREA HAS PRODUCED A DANGEROUS FLASH FLOOD SITUATION.
