* MIAMI DOPPLER RADAR HAS DETECTED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM OVER THE
  SOUTHERN EDGE OF THE LOXAHATCHEE WILDLIFE REFUGE JUST OVER
  THE BROAWRD COUNTY BORDER. THIS THUNDERSTORM WILL MOVE SOUTH AT
  5 MPH INTO BROWARD COUNTY.
