* AT 634 PM CDT... LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED A TORNADO 6
  MILES SOUTHWEST OF KENNETT OR OCTA...MOVING NORTH AT LESS THAN
  5 MPH. ANOTHER TORNADO WAS REPORTED NEAR THE TOWN OF ARBYRD.

* THE TORNADO 6 MILES SOUTHWEST OF KENNETT WAS REPORTED TO BE
  MOVING SLOWLY TOWARD THE NORTH. ALL RESIDENTS OF SOUTHERN DUNKLIN
