  THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN 12 MILES SOUTHWEST OF GIRVIN...  
  MOVING SLOWLY SOUTHEAST.

* SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED BY THIS FLASH FLOOD WARNING INCLUDE...     
  BAKERSFIELD...GIRVIN AND RURAL AREAS IN BETWEEN.
