* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  EASTERN PECOS COUNTY IN TEXAS
  TERRELL COUNTY IN TEXAS

* UNTIL 1215 AM CDT

* AT 906 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED A           
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN CONTINUES ACROSS EASTERN PECOS  
  COUNTY AND MUCH OF TERRELL COUNTY.  RUNOFF WILL RESULT IN FLASH    
  FLOODING OF CREEKS AND LOW LYING AREAS.

* SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED BY THIS FLASH FLOOD WARNING INCLUDE...     
  THE TERRELL GAS PLANT...DRYDEN...SHEFFIELD.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
