THE MIDLAND-ODESSA NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE OFFICE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHWESTERN BREWSTER COUNTY IN TEXAS

* UNTIL 845 PM CDT

* AT 634 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED
  THAT BETWEEN 1 AND 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER NORTHWESTERN
  BREWSTER COUNTY ALONG US 67 FROM THE JUNCTION WITH US 90 NORTHEAST
  TO THE COUNTY LINE. 

AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAINFALL IS POSSIBLE IN THE WARNED 
AREA. EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF 
SMALL CREEKS AND ARROYOS...LOW WATER CROSSINGS...AND NORMALLY DRY 
WASHES.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
