HEAVY RAIN OVER THE WARNING AREA. MOVEMENT OF THESE THUNDERSTORMS
WAS TO THE NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
