  DESHA COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN ARKANSAS
  BRADLEY COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN ARKANSAS
  DREW COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN ARKANSAS

* UNTIL 200 PM CST

* HEAVY RAIN HAS FALLEN ON BRADLEY...DESHA AND DREW COUNTIES OVERNIGHT
  AND EARLY THIS MORNING. DOPPLER RADAR INDICATES ANOTHER AREA OF
  HEAVY RAIN APPROACHING THE AREA FROM THE SOUTHWEST. HIGHWAYS 138 AND
  278 IN DREW COUNTY HAVE WATER OVER THEM AND BRADLEY...DESHA AND DREW
  COUNTIES ALL HAVE DITCHES FULL OF WATER ALONG MANY ROADWAYS. THE
  ADDITIONAL RAIN MAY LEAD TO ADDITIONAL FLOODING OF ROADWAYS.

MOTORISTS SHOULD REMAIN ALERT FOR WATER OVER ROADS. IF WATER IS
ENCOUNTERED...TURN AROUND AND GO THE OTHER WAY.
