* AT 642 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR AND
  SPOTTER REPORTS INDICATE A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF          
  PRODUCING A TORNADO 13 MILES SOUTHWEST OF DIMMITT...MOVING         
  NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

* SOME LOCATIONS IN OR NEAR THE PATH OF THE TORNADO INCLUDE          
  EASTER AND DIMMITT.
