CASTRO COUNTY IN THE TEXAS PANHANDLE * UNTIL 300 AM CDT * AT 1140 PM CDT... SPOTTERS INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN NEAR DIMMITT AND NAZARETH... MOVING SLOWLY NORTH. * DEVELOPING THUNDERSTORMS WERE PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN OVER AREAS THAT RECEIVED 2-3 INCHES OF RAIN WEDNESDAY EVENING.
