FRANKLIN COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL MISSOURI * UNTIL 220 PM CDT * AT 130 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS FROM HERMAN THROUGH 15 MILES SOUTHWEST OF OWENSVILLE...
