MADISON COUNTY ILLINOIS IN SOUTHWESTERN ILLINOIS * UNTIL 830 PM CDT * AT 742 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM NEAR ALTON... MOVING EAST NORTHEAST AT 35 MPH. * LOCATIONS THAT WILL BE AFFECTED...
