  CLINTON COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL KENTUCKY
  CUMBERLAND COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL KENTUCKY
  MONROE COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL KENTUCKY

* UNTIL 1250 AM CST (150 AM EST)

* AT 1050 PM CST... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  HEAVY RAINS ACROSS PORTIONS OF SOUTH  CENTRAL KENTUCKY... MOVING
  NORTHEAST.

* ADDITIONAL MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN WILL FALL OVER AREAS THAT
  ALREADY HAVE SATURATED GROUND FROM EARLIER RAINS.  THIS WILL
