THE HEAVIEST BAND OF RAIN IS MOVING SLOWLY NORTHWARD...BUT WITH 1-HOUR PCPN AMOUNTS OF 0.75 - 1.00 AND SATURATED GROUND...RIVER/FLASH FLOODING BEGINNING TO OCCUR.
