THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN JACKSON HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  MADISON PARISH IN NORTHEASTERN LOUISIANA
  TENSAS PARISH IN NORTHEASTERN LOUISIANA

* UNTIL 500 AM CST

* AT 340 AM CST... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
THAT ONE TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN ACROSS THE WARNED
PARISHES DURING THE PAST HOUR. ANOTHER THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY
RAIN WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 35 MPH INTO THE AREA. THIS ADDITIONAL
HEAVY RAIN WILL PRODUCE FLOODING IN AREAS WHICH HAVE ALREADY
RECEIVED HEAVY RAINFALL.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGER OF FLOODING.
